Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 2, 2026 · Last Updated: May 2, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Infinite Playlist / Aniwodi Radio (the "Platform"), operated by Skyler Cannon ("Owner," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — as a listener, artist, advertiser, or affiliate — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. About the Platform

Infinite Playlist / Aniwodi Radio is an internet radio and music streaming platform that provides:

  • Live and on-demand audio streaming
  • AI audio mastering and mixing tools
  • Beat licensing via the UnitedMasters Beat Exchange
  • Advertising campaign placement
  • Artist rotation and promotion services
  • An affiliate referral program
  • A community forum

The Platform is operated as an independent music media company. We do not represent any major label, distributor, or rights organization.

2. Limitation of Liability & Legal Protection

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skyler Cannon, Infinite Playlist, Aniwodi Radio, and all affiliated individuals, contractors, and entities shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, lawsuits, legal actions, or proceedings arising from:

  • Content submitted or uploaded by users, artists, or advertisers
  • Copyright or intellectual property disputes involving user-submitted material
  • Third-party claims related to unlicensed music, beats, or audio files
  • Any disruption, outage, or data loss on the Platform
  • Actions taken by listeners, artists, or affiliates on or off the Platform
  • Revenue fluctuations, payout delays, or changes to the earnings model

Any legal action, lawsuit, demand, or claim must be directed exclusively to the responsible party — not to Skyler Cannon or Infinite Playlist — unless we are directly and provably at fault for a specific act or omission.

We reserve the right to defend ourselves against any claim brought without legal merit and to seek reimbursement of legal fees in such cases.

3. User-Uploaded Content & Copyright Liability

Any user, artist, or advertiser who uploads, submits, or shares content on this Platform bears full and sole legal responsibility for ensuring that such content:

  • Is owned by them or properly licensed for public broadcast and distribution
  • Does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property of any third party
  • Does not violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law

If a listener, artist, or user uploads music they do not own or have not licensed — including but not limited to unlicensed tracks, samples, or recordings — all legal liability, including any DMCA claims, infringement lawsuits, or takedown orders, rests entirely with that individual. Infinite Playlist assumes no responsibility, and any claim will be redirected to the uploader.

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Rights holders may submit takedown notices to: thecertifiedseries@gmail.com. We will act promptly upon verified requests.

By submitting content, you grant Infinite Playlist a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to broadcast, stream, and promote that content on the Platform for the duration of your active agreement.

4. Artist Earnings & the Artist Pool

Infinite Playlist operates an Artist Pool — a shared fund built from platform revenue streams including listener subscriptions, advertising revenue, and other monetization sources. A defined percentage of this pool is distributed to eligible artists each month.

How earnings are calculated:

  • Each artist's share of the pool is proportional to their listener play count — the total number of times their tracks were played during the earning period
  • Artists with more plays relative to total platform plays receive a larger share of the pool
  • The pool total fluctuates based on platform revenue each month and is not a fixed amount
  • Additional earnings may come from direct ad revenue shares

Platform operating costs, licensing reserves, and Infinite Playlist's operational cut are deducted before the artist pool is calculated. The remaining balance is distributed proportionally.

We reserve the right to adjust payout rates, pool percentages, and distribution methods at any time with reasonable notice to affected artists.

5. Payout Eligibility & the 3-Month Earnings Window

Artist earnings are subject to a 3-month holding window from the date they are earned. This means:

  • Earnings attributed to a given month become eligible for payout 3 months after that earning date
  • For example, earnings from January 2026 would be eligible for payout on or after April 2026
  • This window allows time to verify listener counts, resolve disputes, process chargebacks, and ensure platform financial stability

Payout requests submitted before the 3-month window has elapsed will be held in "Pending Payout" status and processed automatically once the window clears.

Payouts are processed via the artist's registered payout method. Minimum payout thresholds may apply. Artists are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any applicable taxes on their earnings.

Infinite Playlist is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information, third-party processor issues, or failure to meet minimum payout requirements.

6. Advertising & Sponsored Content

Advertisers purchasing campaigns on Infinite Playlist agree that:

  • All ad audio content must be between 30 and 60 seconds in duration
  • Ad campaigns are subject to review and approval before broadcast
  • The total ad block is capped at 5 minutes per rotation cycle; campaigns exceeding capacity will be placed on hold or refunded
  • Advertisers are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of their ad content
  • Infinite Playlist reserves the right to reject or remove any ad at its discretion

7. Affiliate Program

Affiliates who generate referrals are compensated based on verified paid clicks and actions. Affiliate payouts are subject to validation periods and minimum thresholds. Fraudulent referral activity will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of earnings.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not own or have not licensed
  • Attempt to manipulate listener counts or play data
  • Use the Platform for illegal activity or harassment
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform's systems
  • Submit false DMCA claims or legal threats in bad faith

Violations may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, at our election. You waive any right to a class-action lawsuit against Infinite Playlist or Skyler Cannon.
